使用说明书 总磷/总氮水质在线H 型 ●请在使用前仔细阅读本使用说明书,正确使用。 ●请将本使用说明书交给实际操作产品的人。 手册号:NPW-AA77504C NPW-160H 型 前言 前言 (a) 非常感谢您购买本产品。本“总氮·总磷自动测定装置 NPW-160H 型” (下称“产品”)的目的 是自动测量总氮和总磷浓度,以应对工厂、处理场等事业所的排水监视。 (b) 本产品的主要规格见下表。有关规格详情,请参见[9.规格和动作说明] 。此外,测定范围因 嵌入的检测器的单元池长度而异。根据订单规格在产品上嵌入单元池长度的检测器,在单元 池长度 10mm 以外的检测器贴有标签,注明“单元池长度 20mm”或“单元池长度 5mm”。 主要规格 规格项目 内 容 测定对象成分 水中的总氮(TN)浓度、总磷(TP)浓度 测定范围 10mm 池 TN :最小0~5 mg/L,最大0~50 mg/L TP:最小0~2 mg/L,最大0~20 mg/L 20mm 池 TN :最小0~2 mg/L,最大0~25 mg/L TP:最小0~0.5 mg/L,最大 0~10 mg/L 5mm 池 TN :0~100 mg/L TP:最小0~2 mg/L,最大0~20 mg/L 测定周期 1 次测定/1 小时。 间歇连续。 利用日程设定功能,可任意设定 1 天(24 小时)的测定类别。 测定类别:不测定、水样测定、零水测定、标准液测定。 (c) 本装置的废液是混合了试剂类与水样的溶液,是 pH1.0 以下的強酸性溶液。 【重要】· 废弃时请进行合适的处理,或者委托专业的处理业者。 (d) 以下因素可能使产品显示或输出异常的测定值。建议预先建立不会造成相关设备损坏的系 统。 ·检测部分老化及损伤、电缆绝缘不匹配等产品故障。 ·腐蚀性气体引起的电气系统故障。 ·不当运行条件的设定及校对操作。 ·周围干扰、接地不良等电气故障。 ·其他意外情况。 (e) [安全注意事项]记载了非常重要的内容,请务必仔细阅读。 (f) 请安排经过相关培训的人员进行产品的操作。此外,修理等技术服务请交由经过本公司技术 培训或具备同等技术能力的人员执行。 (g) 请务必遵守贵国及贵地区的法律法规,操作(包括废弃)本产品。 - 1 - NPW-160H 型 安全注意事项 安全注意事项 (1) 标记含义 在使用说明书中与警告相关的符号及其含义如下所示。此外,除表示可能会出现的危险和损 坏外,产品标签等的警告标识( :一般提示图形符号)兼具“参见使用说明书”的含义。 : 表示不当操作可能会导致重伤甚至死亡的危险程度。 警告 所谓重伤是指因失明、烫伤(高温和低温)、触电、骨折、中毒等留下后遗症 及入院治疗、长期到医院门诊治疗的情况。 : 表示不当操作可能会导致人员受伤或财产损失的危险、损坏程度。 注意 所谓伤害是指不需要住院或长期到医院门诊的受伤、烫伤、触电。所谓财产损 失是指房屋、家庭财产及家畜、宠物、设备、器材等扩大损失(产品自身以外 发生的损失)。 【重要】 : 表示 及 以外有关的重要事项。表示防止产品主体破损、数据损坏、 时间浪费、维持性能、遵守法律等的事项。 〔备注〕 : 表示为帮助加深理解而提供的解释、原因、背景、特例等内容。 >>: 表示参考项目。 ① ③…: 表示操作等的项目编号。 (2) 安全遵守事项 警告 燃 气 ● 请勿在存在爆炸性气体、易燃性气体等的场合使用,否则可能引发爆炸、 火灾。 触 电 ● 通电中请勿触摸产品内部的端子。否则可能导致触电。 ● 请务必将接地端子接地,否则电源系统发生故障时可能造成触电。 危险有害物质 ● 使用试剂1 (过硫酸钾)、试剂2(氢氧化钠)、试剂3 (盐酸)、试剂4 (钼 酸铵)时,请务必确认安全数据表(SDS)的内容,操作时务必穿戴防护 器具。 - 2 - NPW-160H 型 安全注意事项 注意 翻 倒 ● 使用本产品之前,请使用基座螺栓等进行固定。移动及存储时,请用绳子 等捆绑以防止翻倒。本产品的重量约为 76kg。翻倒可能会引起危险和损 害。 拆解和改造 ● 请勿拆解、改造使用说明书未说明的部分。否则可能发生损害。 警告标签 ● 当产品上贴的警告标签模糊不清时,请向经销商或本公司销售办事处购买 丢失 新标签,并贴到原来的位置。 (3) 使用说明书的使用 本使用说明书记载有[安全遵守事项]等非常重要的内容。使用方法如下: (a) 使用说明书对产品使用初期及以后的操作、保养及故障诊断都非常有帮助。请将使用说明书 保存在产品附近,以便实际操作产品的人员可随时就地查阅。 (b) 如果使用说明书丢失、污损不清,请向经销商等重新购买。 (c) 为便于理解,在使用说明书、产品上张贴的标签等上,对图形形状及部分界面进行了省略或 抽象化设计。此外,界面示例中的数字等仅表示一个例子。 (d) 本公司保留在未事先通知情况下随时修改产品使用说明书的权利。 (e) 本使用说明书的知识产权归本公司所有。未经公司同意,请勿全部或部分转载。 - 3 - NPW-160H 型 产品保修 产品保修 (1) 保修适用对象 东亚 DKK 株式会社(以下称[本公司])在保修期内对产品的材料及制造提供保修。 (a) 保修期是指自交付用户首日起的一年时间。此外,交货日期不清楚时,以产品铭牌上记载的生产日期 的下一个月起的24 个月为准。 (b) 与本公司之间存在书面的个别合同时,优先遵照个别合同。 (c) 在本书规定的质保期内法律不允许这样的限制时,有时不适用。 (2) 保修失效情况 本保修不适用于以下情况: (a) 因超出本产品规格及使用说明书记载的范围的目的、使用方法导致的直接或间接性故障、损坏等。 (b) 因地震、风暴、水灾、雷击等自然灾害以及事故、火灾、电压异常、盐害、燃气灾害、劳动争议、战 争、恐怖行为、内乱、主管政府所做的处置等不可抗力发生的直接或间接性故障、损坏等。 (c) 未经本公司许可进行修理、改造造成的故障、损坏等。 (d) 购买后应归咎于本公司责任的运输、移动、掉落等原因导致的故障、损坏等。 (e) 电极及易损件(比主体分析仪的保修期短时,遵照各自的质保期。尤其是超过制造后6 个月时,请咨 询本公司或经销商。) (f) 因使用了非本公司制造的易损件、零部件、软件等导致的故障、损坏等。 (g) 因使用非本公司制造的连接设备导致的故障、损坏等。 (h) 产品中保存的数据、设定信息、程序及软件等不应归咎于本公司责任造成的丢失。 (i) 将用户指定的其他公司的产品与本公司产品组合而成的产品(含嵌入本公司产品的产品)(*1) 。此时, 本公司仅对本公司产品负责保修。 (j) 没有遵照本公司提供的使用说明书进行合适的保养的产品。 (k) 无产品铭牌的产品 (但有证据表明是本公司交付的情况除外) 。 (l) 没有进行本公司在交货规格书中指定的设置、配管、配线时。 本公司也不负责本书明确规定的保修以外的任何保修。本公司明确声明不承担法律上默许适用的性能的保证、 对特定目的的性能保证等义务。 救助的限制:保修期内发现故障时,由本公司或本公司授权的经销商根据自身的裁量修理故障,或者更换零部件 或产品,或者退还产品的货款。 本公司承担上述保修责任。 损害赔偿的限制:无论何种情形,本公司也不对违反保修义务、过失、严重责任等造成的附带损害或间接损害承 担赔偿义务。 (3) 其他 (a) 本产品的保养零部件(*2)向用户供货期限为停产后五年 (*3) 。 (b) 故障、损坏等的原因应由本公司技术人员评定。 (c) 修理工作请委托本公司或当地经销商。 *1:其他公司产品的保修单由用户负责管理。 *2:所谓保养零部件是指包括维持产品正常运行所必需的零部件。 *3:无法购买,无替代品时,也有可能不到五年。 - 4 - NPW-160H 型 阅读方法指南 阅读方法指南 请根据理解产品概要、如何开始操作等目的,参见本使用说明书的必要项目。图中带圆圈的 数字主要是指参见项目和顺序。 目 的 启动 进行个别操 进行保养检 理解产品的 确认设置 ) (开启 作 查或故障处 概要 置措施 章 ●前言 ●安全注意事项 1.构成 2.运行前准备 3.运行和停止 4.校 对 5.不同目的的操作 6.保 养 7.故障处理措施 8.纯水供给 9.规格和动作说明 10.设 置 11.
